Gokyo Everest Trekking Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1345m). There you will be met by our Airport Representative and transferred to hotel by private tourist vehicle. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2804 meters) trek to Phakding (2610 meters) 3 hours.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazar (3440m)
Today we all most hike up to Namche bazzar. It is an uphill hike and the hardest day in your trek. Trekking slowly and stopping frequently for photographs, we take lunch on the way, cross a long suspension bridge over Dudhkoshi river and finally reach Namche Bazzar.Namche is the headquarter of Everest region, an active mountain village where you will get almost everything you will wish as a trekker- shops, restaurants and bar, a bakery, hotel with hot showers and electric power, trekking gears , and even internet facilities are here.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day.
Day 06: Namche Bazzar - Dole-(4,110 m): 5-6 hrs
Day 07: Dole - Machherma-(4,470 m): 4-5 hrs
Day 08: Machharma - Gokyo (4800 m): 3-4 hrs
Day 09: Gokyo Valley: Acclimatization Day
Day 10: Hike - Gokyo Ri (5357 m) - Thaknak (4750 m): 5-6 hrs
Day 11: Thagnak to Cho La pass (5,367m/17,604 ft) to Dzongla (4700m):7-8 hours
Day 12: Dzongla to Lobuche (4940m): 2 - 3 hours
Day 13: Lobuche- Everest Base Camp (5357 m)-Gorak Shep (5170 m): 6-7 hrs
Day 14: Gorak Shep - Kala Patthar (5545 m) - Pheriche (4280 m): 7-8 hrs
Day 15: Pheriche-Pangboche-Tengboche-Namche Bazzar (3,440 m): 5-6 hrs
Day 16: Trek to Monjo village The same way retrace.
Day 17: Trek to Lukla. The same way retrace.
Day 18: Lukla-Kathmandu. An early morning flight gives you time to reflect upon the mountains you have recently visited for one last time while on the 35-minute Scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 19: Half day Sighseeing in Swyambhunath Temple and Budhanilkantha Temple. Last minute shopping day. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 20: Departure to International Airport by car/jeep/ . Farewell. Have a safe journey to your home country.
